Is UNC Asheville a party school?

The rules are enforced but the Housing and Public Safety departments don’t look at themselves as your parents. What happens off-campus (The Grove Apartments, University Apartments) is beyond the jurisdiction of the campus officials (but not the Asheville Police Department).
