bluemonarch17 asked: I am getting married on May 22nd and I need some help with honeymoon ideas. We live in Georgia and don’t want to spend an outrageous amount, but we want a nice honeymoon. So far our ideas have included Asheville, NC and maybe doing something in Florida. Any ideas or what did you do for your honeymoon? Caffeinated Content – Members-Only Content for WordPress

mcbrewskie asked: SORRY FOR THE DOUBLE POST!!!
We’re looking for Asheville, NC on the beach! We want a hip, vibrant community that is not too crowded and commercial but still has a lot to offer. We want arts, culture, music, restaurants, outdoor activities AND laid-back beach attitude!! Is St. Petersburg the place for us? We know it was once a retirement area but heard it is now an active, thriving, growing place to live! Please advise! Thank you! Caffeinated Content – Members-Only Content for WordPress

adel ashk asked: I am planning a mega trip around the U.S., any place worth a detour in NC?
Raleigh/Chapel Hill/Durham vs. Charlotte?
I am already going through Asheville, NC (going through Blue Ridge Pkwy). If this helps: I am in my early 20s, price is not an issue since visit should last less than a week

Lauren T asked: My husband and I would really like to relocate to North Carolina and buy a house in the mountains. I would really, really appreciate some suggestions as far as areas/towns/cities that would best fit our two main needs:
First, my husband works for a major retail chain and must transfer to one of the following locations: Hickory, Winston-Salem, Huntersville, Pineville, Greensboro, Charlotte, Asheville, High Point, Johnson City (TN), or Bristol (VA).
Second, we really want to live IN the mountains – not just see them in the distance on a clear day. In an ideal, perfect world, we’d love to find a place on the side of a mountain with a deck and a great view.
So…I know this is a tall order, but I’m trying to figure out where we can start looking where he won’t have a horrible commute, but we could still live on a mountain. I’ve looked at tons of maps, but I’d really like a human’s advice. Any suggestions??

Me and my girlfriend will be in Asheville for a couple of days and would like to stay in a place that is close to some cool restaurants and bars. We also would like the place to not be too expensive (~$150/night).
