What are the best trails/parks for runners in Asheville, NC?

I like to exercise 10 miles per day – running 5 and fast walking 5. I’m planning on moving to Asheville this summer but as it is a smallish town I’m afraid I’ll have to curtail my exercise regime somewhat.
I don’t drive so I can’t go out to any mountain trails. I plan to live in the downtown area or environs. Thanks!
